We ship only to locations within the United States. Rare exceptions may be made to this rule BUT, payment must be wired to our bank in advance. In addition, extra charges will be incurred based on how much paperwork is required. Also, foreign shipments will be shipped by UPS only unless you arrange your own shipper to pick up product at our dock. We are a UPS shipper. E-mail for more details.

Merchandise Damaged In Transit:

Contact us immediately. UPS must be notified ( we will do this). All parcels sent by UPS are insured. It is their policy to send a representative to your address. They will return the damaged merchandise to us in its original packaging after inspection. Merchandise returned via other means will not be credited.

If returned merchandise is damaged, we will handle it as long as you obtained a "Return Authorization Number".

Defective Merchandise:

Warranty of product is by the manufacturer. We are a manufacturers representative for many of the products we carry. If possible, we will handle any problems with defective merchandise. Many times it is more cost effective to deal directly with the the manufacturer. Contact us by e-mail at info@leisure-time.com.

A special note for buyers of plastic model kits - - missing or defective parts will be sent to you directly from the manufacturer. DO NOT return the kit.
