We ship only to locations within the United States. Rare
exceptions may be made to this rule BUT, payment must be wired to our bank in
advance. In addition, extra charges will be
incurred based on how much paperwork is required. Also, foreign shipments will
be shipped by UPS only unless you arrange your own shipper to pick up product at
our dock. We are a UPS shipper. E-mail for more details.
U. S. customers may order from us by several different means:
Methods of payment:
Mastercard, Visa, American Express and Discover credit cards are accepted. Credit card orders must be
shipped to the billing address of the credit card. Your name and address must be submitted
with the order and will be verified with your credit card company before shipping (This is
for your protection). The expiration date of the card must be provided.
We do not ship COD.
Shipping Information:
We will ship any dollar amount. We do, however, recommend
ordering $25.00 worth of shippable merchandise or more to defray the costs of shipping.
Many of the items we list are not always available from the suppliers - especially in the
hobby and game areas. If your order does not have enough shippable product, we will e-mail
you with the specifics. Availability of items must be researched and is not
necessarily available over the phone. Please e-mail availability
questions and we will poll our various warehouses to see if items are in
stock. Orders are filled on a paid basis.
. We charge a flat $3.99 Handling fee on each order.
For Illinois residents there is a 7.75% sales tax added.
Our normal shipping is UPS Ground Track. We are a UPS shipping station. You are
charged only the actual UPS shipping on your order. For other shipping options, please
e-mail us your requests at info@leisure-time.com.
Returns:
We are not in the return business. Please pre-qualify your order as well as possible
by e-mail.
In the event you must return merchandise, a "Return Authorization
Number" is required. This may be obtained via e-mail at info@leisure-time.com.
All returns
must have a copy of our invoice as proof of purchase. You are responsible for all return
shipping costs. Your return may be credited 100% to another purchase. A 15% restocking fee
will be deducted from your refund check or credit card rebate on all other returns. You
may return merchandise only if:
:) The item has not been used and is in new condition
:) The item is in original like new packaging
:) All original documentation is included
:) The item was purchased in the last 30 days
Merchandise Damaged In Transit:
Contact us immediately. UPS must be notified ( we will do this). All parcels sent by
UPS are insured. It is their policy to send a representative to your address. They will
return the damaged merchandise to us in its original packaging after inspection.
Merchandise returned via other means will not be credited.
If returned merchandise is damaged, we will handle it as long as you obtained a "Return
Authorization Number".
Defective Merchandise:
Warranty of product is by the manufacturer. We are a manufacturers representative
for many of the products we carry. If possible, we will handle any problems with defective
merchandise. Many times it is more cost effective to deal directly with the the
manufacturer. Contact us by e-mail at info@leisure-time.com.
A special note for buyers of plastic model kits - -
missing or defective parts will be sent to you directly from the manufacturer. DO NOT
return the kit.
